E-Commerce Executive / E-Commerce Specialist

Who are we?

We are a distributor and e-retailer of camera equipment based in Hong Kong. We are looking to be the No.1 Asian camera equipment provider in the world and urgently in need of an e-commerce specialist to help manage this part of the business.

What you'll be doing?

• Manage E-commerce Operations: Oversee daily activities on e-commerce platforms (Wordpress Webstore, Amazon, eBay, Aliexpress, etc)
• Optimize Sales Strategies: Analyze data and market trends to develop and implement effective sales tactics that drive growth.
• Provide Customer Support: Deliver exceptional customer service, addressing inquiries and resolving issues to maintain high satisfaction levels.
• Manage Listings: Utilize your expertise to expand the product listings in the e-commerce platform's to maximise sales.
• Establish footprints in global E-commerce Platforms:Help setting up and build the e-commerce accounts from scratch. 
• Implement Digital Marketing: Apply SEO techniques and digital marketing strategies to increase online visibility and attract more customers.

Who are they looking for?

• E-commerce Expert: Bring 1-3 years of experience managing e-commerce platforms, particularly Wordpress and Amazon
• Analytical Thinker: Demonstrate strong analytical skills to interpret data and market trends, informing strategic decisions.
