E-Commerce Executive / Manager

About us

Founded in 2017, we started from a baking workshop and developed into our own food factory. Since 2020, we have expanded our business to retail sector (Online-to-Offline). The types of products we sell, from cakes and desserts to healthy foods, healthy soups, etc., all bear witness to our development footprint.
We always insist on using high-quality ingredients and using the natural methods to produce delicious and healthy food for everyone. Hygiene and safety are the principles we adhere to. Our own food factory in Tai Po has obtained HACCP and ISO 22000 certification, so our customers can eat our products with confidence. In addition to our own products, we also introduce high-quality ingredients from all over the world from time to time and sell them in our store for our customers' convenience.

Qualifications & experience

• Diploma or above in Business Administration, Media Production, Advertising, PR, Marketing, Communication, or related disciplines
• Proficient in MS office applications including MS Word, Excel, PPT
• Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
• Good organization, self-motivated, detail-oriented, resourceful and a strong sense of responsibility
• Experience in e-commerce platform management is a plus
• Experience in using e-shop operation platform such as Shopline or Shopify is a huge advantage
• Minimum two years of relevant work experience
• Candidate with more experience will be considered as Senior Executive/ Manager
• Immediate availability is highly preferred

Tasks & responsibilities

• Support and assist on web content and e-commerce operations;
• Support membership and CRM operations;
• Support online to offline operations;
• Handle day-to-day website operation including product listing and content management;
• Assist in online marketing activities, including research and analysis
• E-commerce stock and logistics management;
• Prepare monthly customer service report;
• Research new partnerships and databases to drive website traffic & conversion
• Ability to work independently, meet tight deadlines, and thrive in a fast-paced environment
