E-commerce Operation Specialist / Manager

Taf Toys (Miracle J Limited) is an award-winning global toy & baby products company that specializes in designing developmental infant toys that help to create a smoother parenting experience with a stylish touch.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the e-commerce team to ensure smooth ecommerce operations, develop and execute e-commerce strategies to increase sales and customer engagement.
• Manage product listings, promotions, ad inventory on our Amazon platforms.
• Analyze sales data and customer feedback to optimize product offerings and marketing campaigns.
• Formulate and execute tactical strategies and trade plans to maximize online traffic, conversion, and sales
• Prepare sales analysis and regular reports by generating data in different systems and platforms.
• Stay up-to-date on the latest digital marketing trends and best practices
• Explore opportunities on developing new e-commerce platform

Requirements:

• Tertiary educated in Digital Marketing, e-Commerce, or related field
• Minimum 3 years e-commerce sales channel operation experience, preferably from e-commerce platform company or e-commerce specialized sales team (Amazon US market)
• Professional and positive approach, self-motivated, team player, dynamic
• Strong project management, problem solving, interpersonal and communication skills
• Creative, analytical, proactive, adaptable to fast paced environment and meet tight deadlines
• Proficiency in spoken and written English and Chinese
