Engineering Manager

Responsibilities

• Liaison with customers to work on quotation cost evaluation, product and tooling development
• Lead and supervise HK & China team to handle project development timely, safely and cost-effectively
• Communicate and coordinate with various manufacturing teams to launch projects meeting quality, delivery and cost requirements

Requirements:

• Undergraduate Degree or above
• 3-5 years working experience in toys manufacturing industries, include hard & soft toys
• Sound knowledge in products designs and assembly processes
• Good communication skills with customers, product management & execution
• Able to work independently, self-motivated & hard working
• Fluent in English and fair in Putonghua
• Frequent travel to China factories or stay when necessary
