Environmental Officer / Assistant Environmental Officer

Responsibilities:

• To ensure the compliance of environmental related regulations and contract requirements of the project;
• To advise, implement, supervise and maintain environmental mitigation measures on site;
• To advise and promote environmental awareness;
• Arrange and provide environmental training to site personnel;
• Support internal and external system audits and attend environmental-relating meetings, site inspections and risk assessment.

Requirements:

• Higher Diploma or above in Environmental Studies/Environmental Engineering or equivalent;
• Holder of  “Environmental Protection Course for Environmental Supervisors” by CIC ;
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in environmental management in construction site;
• Experience in BEAM Plus projects is preferred;
• Good communication skills in both spoken and written English and Chinese;
• Proficient in computer software (MS Word, Excel, PPT, Outlook);
• Hardworking and Strong sense of responsibility;
• Immediate Availability would be a preference;
• Candidates with less experience may be considered for the Assistant Environment Officer.
