Summary: The ERP Manager is responsible for the maintenance and development of the ERP system. They oversee the day-to-day activity of the global ERP team.
Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
- Oversee the day-to-day activities of the ERP team and assign responsibilities, track progress and evaluate work assigned
- Responsible for the efficient delivery of system upgrades, integrations and implementations
- Manage the daily needs of the NetSuite platform, including internal support requests and the creation of dashboards and reports
- Collaborate with key internal stakeholders to understand the business needs of the NetSuite system.
- Lead assigned projects and develop project plans, coordinating schedules and timelines within their team to ensure deliverables are met according to assigned schedule
- Responsible for teaching and mentoring others in the department
- Prepare and present progress reports at meetings
- Monitor external consultant budget for system enhancements
- Travel between office to support business need
- Assist Director of Finance and IT with personnel decisions and performance reviews

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree required
- 5+ years’ experience with experience with the day-to-day technical management of the NetSuite platform required
- Proven experience supervising a team required
- Experience with SuiteScript to provide back-end customization required
- Thorough knowledge of database structure in NetSuite system
- High level working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.) required
