Estimator / Quantity Surveyor

Kwan Shing Construction Limited is seeking an experienced  Estimator / Quantity Surveyor.  This is a full-time position based in Lai Chi Kok, Sham Shui Po District.

Requirements

• A degree or diploma in Quantity Surveying, or related field
• Over 10 years of relevant experience in construction projects
• Familiar in Tendering & Q. S. Works independently
• Familiarity with local building regulations and standards
• Strong analytical and negotiation skills
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities

Responsibilities

• Prepare accurate cost estimates for construction projects
• Conduct detailed analysis of tender documents, contracts, and financial reports
• Manage procurement and negotiate with suppliers and subcontractors
• Monitor project budgets, costs, and variations to ensure financial efficiency
• Ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations
