Event Relations Executive

About the role

This is an exciting opportunity to join the team at Action Asia Events (HK) Limited as an Event Relations Executive. In this full-time position based in Sheung Wan, Central and Western District, you will play a key role in managing and executing exceptional events for our clients in the marketing and communications industry.

What you'll be doing

• Liaise with clients to understand their event objectives and requirements
• Coordinate all logistical aspects of event planning and delivery, including venue selection, catering, entertainment, and on-site management
• Manage event budgets and ensure costs are kept within agreed parameters
• Oversee and supervise the event operations team to ensure a seamless experience for attendees
• Conduct post-event analysis and provide recommendations for future improvements
• Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, vendors, and key industry contacts
• Day to day management of online payment system for registration of participants

What we're looking for

• At least 2-3 years of experience in event management or a related field
• Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to multitask and work under pressure
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise effectively with clients and stakeholders
• Familiarity with event planning software and tools
• A creative mindset to bring fresh ideas and innovative solutions to our events
• A team player with the ability to work collaboratively and lead a team
