职位描述

Duties

  1. Assist in organising events including seminars, networking sessions, college-related events, Information Day, etc., and coordinating logistics, registrations, and participant communication;
  2. Coordinate matters related to promotional and publicity exercises, social media and branding initiatives;
  3. Coordinate outbound and inbound exchange programmes;
  4. Coordinate scholarship-related exercises;
  5. Provide administrative support to the programme management matters, including consolidate student record data and provide support to programme-related committees; and
  6. Perform any other duties as assigned.

Requirements

  1. 5 passes in HKCEE/HKDSEE, including English Language, Chinese Language and Mathematics, with at least 5 years of relevant post-qualification experience. An Associate Degree or Higher Diploma is preferred;
  2. Hands-on experience in event support, and promotional and publicity exercises;
  3. Good communication and organisational skills with a strong sense of responsibility;
  4. Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese (including Putonghua);
  5. Proficiency in computer software applications; and
  6. Being a good team player with the ability to work independently and under pressure are required.

Shortlisted candidates will be invited for a written test.

Salary and Conditions of Service

Remuneration package will be highly competitive, commensurate with qualifications and experience. Appointment will be made on a fixed-term contract; fringe benefits include gratuity, leave, medical and dental schemes.
