Executive Assistant

We are now seeking a full-time Executive Assistant to join our team.  

What you'll do is to......
 

• Provide high-level secretarial, administrative and operational support to senior management in both business activities and personal matters
• Arrange and organize daily schedule, including business and personal appointments, meetings, web-conference, etc.
• Assist in daily communication and coordination with cross-functional teams locally and overseas
• Support documents, reports and presentation materials drafting and preparation
• Handle travel arrangement such as itinerary, air-ticket, accommodation, travel expenses and insurance
• Handle sensitive information, including but not limited to financial data, corporate communication and company policies, in strict and high confidentiality
• Perform other activities as assigned by senior management

You will thrive in the role if you ……
 

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related disciplines
• At least 5 years related working experience, preferably in trading companies
• Analytical, self-motivated and good team player with excellent interpersonal skills
• Ability to handle multi-tasks and perform duties with high level of details
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, such as Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Word and Chinese Word Processing
• Familiarity with document management systems, such as Sharepoint and OneDrive
• Excellent command of spoken and written English and Mandarin
• Immediate available is highly preferred
