Responsibilities

  • Provide full spectrum of secretarial and administrative support to Managing Director of Investor Relations, Asia Pacific
  • Manage MD's calendar and arrange meeting schedules;
  • Prepare presentation materials, meeting materials and correspondence for MD;
  • Coordinate appointments and necessary arrangements for business activities;
  • Assist in managing business matters such as travel and accommodation arrangement;
  • Accomplish ad-hoc duties assigned by MD

Requirements

  • Bachelor in Business Administration and Management or related field; with formal secretarial training is an advantage;
  • Min. 3 years of experience in dealing with managing 3-5 people as an executive assistant;
  • Experience in working with Investor Relations team that has extensive travel schedules;
  • Experience in dealing with client events;
  • Excellent organization skills to coordinate among internal and external parties;
  • Proficient in MS Office applications (MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint);
  • Good command of English, Chinese (Mandarin and Cantonese) in both written and verbal;
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills;
  • Mature, meticulous, discreet, detail-minded and well-organized team player;
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure and tight deadline.
