We are now looking for an  Executive Assistant / Secretary .

What we will offer

Your role

• Provide all-round support to the Senior Management
• Support the Senior Management with paper works, including quotations and invoices, and this is considered one of the primary responsibilities
• Provide backup administrative or accounting support if needed
• Assist in scheduling 
• Handle ad-hoc tastes as assigned

What you need

• School certificate or above
• At least one year of work experience as an executive assistant or secretary / At least two years of work experience
• Able to multitask and handle different tasks simultaneously
• Flexible mindset and proactive work attitude
• High proficiency in MS Office, English, and Chinese typing
• Good command of both speaking and writing English & Chinese
