职位描述

Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to the Centre of Buddhist Studies for student-related and academic programme-related matters including student admission, course coordination and conduction, exam arrangement;
  • Handle general office administrative tasks, including answering phone calls and emails, preparing school reports and meeting materials;
  • Maintain record systems and databases effectively;
  • Maintain proper records, such as proposals, reports, minutes, notes and papers or policies and procedures; and
  • Perform any other duties as assigned;

 

Requirements:

  • A bachelor degree or above;
  • At least 3 years' relevant working experience, preferably in Buddhist institutions or tertiary institutions;
  • Work independently and proactively, with a strong sense of responsibility;
  • Strong interpersonal, administrative and problem-solving skills;
  • Possess the ability to prioritize multiple tasks efficiently to meet strict deadlines;
  • Good command of written and spoken Chinese and English, fluency in Mandarin would be an advantage; and
  • Proficient computer knowledge in MS Office, Adobe DC and Chinese Word Processing.
