General Responsibilities

  • Prepare customer documents, filing and support finance billing works
  • Assist in system master setup to ensure smooth sales operations
  • Follow up sales order and coordinate with different functional teams
  • Provide sales administrative and clerical supports
  • Handle ad-hoc tasks as assigned
  • 5.5 days work (alternative Saturday)

Functional Skills and Knowledge

  • HKDSE or above
  • Preferred candidates with 1-2 years working experiences in order processing or sales support roles
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office - Excel.
  • Knowledge of SAP systems will be desirable
  • Experienced in Fast Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) / retail industry preferred
  • Sensitive to numbers, good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Well organized, sense of responsibility and detail-minded
