General Responsibilities
- Prepare customer documents, filing and support finance billing works
- Assist in system master setup to ensure smooth sales operations
- Follow up sales order and coordinate with different functional teams
- Provide sales administrative and clerical supports
- Handle ad-hoc tasks as assigned
- 5.5 days work (alternative Saturday)
Functional Skills and Knowledge
- HKDSE or above
- Preferred candidates with 1-2 years working experiences in order processing or sales support roles
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office - Excel.
- Knowledge of SAP systems will be desirable
- Experienced in Fast Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) / retail industry preferred
- Sensitive to numbers, good communication and interpersonal skills
- Well organized, sense of responsibility and detail-minded
