The West Kowloon Cultural District Authority welcomes exceptional talent with a passion to realise the vision and mission of making the West Kowloon Cultural District a prime local and international destination for arts, culture and entertainment.
You will be engaged in the work of the District Facility Services Department reporting to the Manager, Facilities Management.
You will be responsible for:
- liaising and coordinating with the relevant authorities, user departments, service providers and tenants on matters in relation to the facilities management of the venue;
- assisting to manage and supervise the overall day to day operations including cleaning, landscaping and security;
- preparing the defect list for any irregularities and non-compliance during the building takeover period / completion of projects and assist the supervisor to follow up with the contractors;
- conducting routine inspections and compile inspection reports;
- managing and supervising the outsourced Facility / Property Management service provider(s) to ensure quality services are delivered in compliance with SLA and KPI requirements;
- ensuring the reports submitted by the outsourced Facility / Property Management service provider(s) are accurate and on time as required;
- assisting in preparing documentation of relevant procurement activities e.g. quotation document, purchase order, and proceed goods receive, etc.;
- working with the outsourced Facility / Property Management service provider(s) to maintain and update standard operating procedures, training manuals, etc.;
- assisting in managing emergency incidents, attend to any incident in a timely and effective manner; and
- performing other duties or ad-hoc tasks as assigned by District Facility Services Department.
You should:
- possess a Higher Diploma or above in Facilities Management and / or Property Management or equivalent;
- have a minimum 3 years of relevant experience in facilities / property management;
- have good PC knowledge of MS Word and Excel etc.;
- have good command of spoken and written English and Cantonese, especially in report writing; and
- possess knowledge of Hong Kong Building / Property Management regulations and Ordinances; environmental, sustainability and other related building operation guidelines.
