Finance Manager/Assistant Finance Manager

We are looking for candidate with proven track record, commitments and high integrity to fill up the position.   This role will be responsible for the financial management reporting in HK and China.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for the financial consolidation of the Group.
• Review business units’ books (both HK &China) to ensure they are prepared according to statutory requirements and accounting standards.
• Prepare management reports through metrics and KPIs for management decision-making.
• Perform annual & periodic financial budget, forecast & cash flow forecast analysis.
• Provide support to the team in the use process of the accounting system.
• Enhance, design and implement efficient financial accounting practices.
• Support the audit and tax reporting, liaise with external auditors and other parties, including banker, lawyer and valuer
• Participate in corporate finance projects when needed.
• Responsible for ad-hoc projects when required.

Requirements:

• Degree holder in Accounting, Finance, or related discipline with recognized professional accounting qualifications.
• At least 8 years of working experience gained from Big 4 or international firms, of which at least 2 years in a managerial capacity
• Strong technical accounting skills and knowledge of current accounting standards (IFRS and PRC GAAP).  Strong in Excel, computer skill is preferred
• Excellent oral/written communication in English and Putonghua.
• Detail-minded with good analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Mature, able to work independently, detail-minded with good analytical and problem solving skills
• Frequent  business travel to China.
• Candidates with less experience will be considered as Assistant Finance Manager
