Financial Manager

Reporting to the Financial Controller and management team, the successful applicant will be responsible for the following:

Job Description:

• Prepare and issue monthly and annual consolidate financial statements and assist in the preparation of budgeting and forecast
• Oversee the finance team of all functions and maintain internal control safeguards in an efficient manner
• Analyze financial data and prepare comprehensive financial reports, provide data to relevant parties as required
• Maintain and streamline company’s accounting work process, policies and guidelines
• Lead and support system implementation projects for financial accounting and reporting functions
• Lead, manage, motivate team members under supervision
• Liaise with external auditors to ensure statutory annual audits and interim review are completed within timeline
• Support in ad-hoc duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Bachelor degree holder or above in Accounting, Finance or any related disciplines
• At least 5-6 years or above related experience with professional knowledge in auditing, accounting and tax (experience working in listed company is an advantage)
• CPA or any qualified cert holder is a must
• Experience in consolidating financial statements of listed company is a plus
• Project Management experience in Accounting system implementation, migration is highly preferred
• Good command of written and spoken in both Chinese and English
• Detail-minded, self-motivated and able to work under pressure, good problem-solving/analytic skills
• Able to work as both independent and team player
• Immediately available is highly preferred
