Key Responsibility and Duties?
  • Assess clients’ financial situations by conducting financial needs analysis.
  • Offer all-rounded financial solutions to clients, including risk management, retirement planning, asset allocation, investment and so on.
  • Build up good business relationship with potential clients and provide professional service to them.
  • Attend training courses which are provided for suitable candidates at the beginning of joining.
  • Foster discipline and good work practices within the MDRT District environment (Ranking within Top 5 in AIA Hong Kong)

ENTRY REQUIREMENTS :
  • Undergraduate or postgraduate students in any discipline
  • Candidates with Banking Experiences welcomed; Overseas / Mainland Experiences in Banking / Finance / Investment is an advantage.
  • Good command of spoken Mandarin, Cantonese or English, Ability to speak any Chinese Dialects is an advantage. 
  • Being proactive, hardworking, resourceful, and capable of dealing with new situations and challenges.
  • Conversant in using Excel, Word and PowerPoint.

CL-MDRT是林靜Christine Lam是AIA首位女性SDD(Senior District Director)，Christine在2001年加入AIA，2003於AIA挑戰區成立的組別，意思為百萬圓桌，顧名思義，每位加入我們團隊的成員都被致力培訓成為MDRT，行業內最頂尖的1%保險從業員。Total 52 MDRTs, including 6 COTs & 5 TOTs.
Christine加入保險業20多年，在金融服務領域擁有豐富經驗，並獲得百萬圓桌會（MDRT）的榮譽資格。榮獲9次MDRT百萬圓桌會頂尖會員（TOT），7次獲得MDRT百萬圓桌會超級會員（COT）和5次獲得百萬圓桌會員會員（MDRT）
Christine於2004-2008年度成為百萬圓桌會香港區主席, 更在2009-2010年度榮升為百萬圓桌港澳區主席，致力為行業奉獻。在她的領導下，現時CL-MDRT已是一隊發展成熟和穩健的團隊了。當中CL-MDRT 的兩位leaders 更分別於2009 和2011 獲LUA頒發傑出人壽保險經理獎(Distinguished Manager Award)。
CL-MDRT內每位成員都是經過嚴格挑選的。90%成員都考獲學士學位或以上資格，並持有國際認可的專業資格，如RFP註冊財務策劃師，CFA特許財務分析師，CFP認可財務策劃師，MDRT百萬圓桌會内閣會員及頂尖會員等。
我們為推動業界的進步不遺餘力，更有成員獲得2013年HKACE香港優質顧客服務協會外勤服務銅獎，團隊成員擁有的資格是在行內首屈一指，而當中多位成員曾接受多本雜誌周刊的訪問，可見其專業程度。
