Floor Manager 樓層經理

Responsibilities

• Responsible for managing the retail operations of the departmental store
• Lead and supervise the staff team to oversee daily operations to ensure a seamless operation. This involves setting clear team goals, delegating tasks and setting deadlines to ensure that daily operations meet quality standards and deadlines.
• Work with the Marketing Department and Business Development and Leasing Department in the promotion activities of the departmental store .
• Drives the store’s profitability through minimising losses, accurate staff cost management and drives an efficient & productive working culture
• Manage the facilities of the department store
• Role models and drives a memorable shopping experience by engaging with and making a personal connection with the customer

Requirements

• F7 or above
• 3 year management experiences in retail or service industry management. (priority considerations in the dept store industry)
• Good market experience and understanding of customer need
• Proven track record of managing a large team with substantial business achievements
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
