Foreman (高級管工) - Civil / Building

Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily operations on the construction site;
• Coordinate the works and assigning tasks to team members and sub-contractors;
• Monitor work quality to ensure compliance with plans and specifications;
• Enforce safety regulations and protocols to maintain a safe working environment.
• Attend regular Progress, Safety and other coordination Meetings.
   

Requirements:

• A minimum of 10 years’ relevant experience, within which 5 years in supervisory or managerial role. 
• Experience in Piling, ELS, and superstructure works. 
• Project experience in universities and higher education institutions is preferred.
• Good supervisory and communication skills
• Holder of Construction Workers Registration Card & Green Card.
• With Register Site Safety Supervisor, quality competent person (T1). 
• Familiar with MS Office (MS Word & Excel) is preferred.
