About the role

Garvis Investment Group Holdings Limited is seeking a diligent and customer-focused Front Desk & Admin Assistant to join our team on a full-time basis in our Hong Kong Island office. In this important role, you will be responsible for providing excellent administrative and reception support to ensure the smooth running of our operations.

What you'll be doing

  • Greeting and welcoming clients, visitors, and staff with a friendly and professional demeanour
  • Handling incoming phone calls, emails, and inquiries in a timely and courteous manner
  • Managing the reception area, including maintaining supplies, organising the workspace, and ensuring a tidy and organised environment
  • Providing general administrative support, such as filing, photocopying, scanning, and data entry
  • Assisting with the coordination of meetings, including scheduling, preparing agendas, and taking minutes
  • Supporting the wider team with ad-hoc tasks and projects as required
  • What we're looking for

  • At least 1-2 years of experience in a similar front desk or administrative support role
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with a diverse range of stakeholders
  • Strong organisational and multitasking abilities, with a keen eye for detail
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • A positive, proactive, and customer-focused attitude
  • Fluency in English and Cantonese (Mandarin an advantage)
