Estates Management Office
The appointee will be responsible for (a) providing administrative and clerical support to HR functions and general office; (b) assisting in system administration and housekeeping of the Office’s website; (c) maintaining various databases, records and files; and (d) performing other duties as assigned.
Applicants should have (i) completed secondary education; (ii) Grade E/Level 2 or above in at least 5 subjects in HKCEE, including Chinese and English (Syllabus B); OR any combination of results in at least 5 HKDSE subjects (including Level 2 or above in Chinese and English): Level 2 or above in NSS subjects, “Attained” or above in ApL subjects (subject to a maximum of 2 subjects), and Grade E or above in Other Language subjects; (iii) a good command of English and Chinese; (iv) proficiency in MS Word and Excel; (v) a strong sense of responsibility, initiative and attentiveness to details; and (vi) good communication and customer service skills. Having at least 2 years of administrative experience in the field of HR will be an advantage. Shortlisted candidates will be invited to sit for a written test and/or computer test.
Appointment will initially be made on a 2-year contract with contract-end gratuity, renewable subject to good performance and mutual agreement.
