Bray Controls Hong Kong, a division of Bray International, Inc which headquarters located at USA. We are seeking candidates for the following position in our Hong Kong office.
Requirements:
- Form 5/DSE or above.
- Minimum 2+ years working clerical experience and solid experience in handling full set of I/E shipping documents in trading or manufacturing industry.
- Good PC skills included MS Word, Excel & Chinese Word Processing
- Good command of English, Mandarin
- Good communication skills, be a good team player.
- Able to work independently, Self-motivated, willing to learn, with strong sense of responsibility
Responsibilities:
- Handle Sales and Purchase orders enquiries, quotations and follow up
- Handle shipping documents, import/export declarations and invoices
- Communication and coordinate with customer, China / overseas factory and forwarder for shipment arrangement
- Filing of all relevant documents & correspondence, etc.
- Operate ERP system accurately
- Provide general clerical and administrative support
- Assist in any other ad-hoc projects as assigned
**Immediately available is highly preferred**
Working Location: Kwai Hing
- Easy-access location (MTR - 5 minutes’ walk)
