Graphic Designer (Party item & packaging) & Management Support

We are seeking a talented Graphic Designer with experience in party item & packaging design to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for design and a strong understanding of branding and visual communication.

Key Responsibilities:

-  Create and manage : product designs + packaging artwork designs for Party items and Seasonal items.

-  Develop mockups and prototypes for packaging concepts. Ensure designs meet production specifications and deadlines.

-   Regularly research, analyze and update market trends on party products (e.g. color, icon, design) with blends of personal style on product designing

-   Quality control: pre-production and shipment samples; all prints, print size, colors, designs on products, packaging, ship mark, carton for orders

-   Artwork, Samples & Showroom management

-   Design update and circulate : promotional materials (e.g. catalogs, e-catalogs, brochure, poster, website, business cards, emails...etc

-   Other general assistance to management

-   Ad hoc tasks as assigned

Requirements:

- Diploma in Graphic design or related field.

- Good command of English and Chinese

- 2-3 years experience building packaging artwork preferably in multi-language

- Strong understanding of print production processes.

- Have good understanding of all stages of artwork building and production

- Strong sense of art & detail-oriented with discipline to proof read and self check (incl. spelling and consistency of information on product, package and cartons)

- Proficient in various design tools including Photoshop, Illustrator & In Design; and MS office

- Good knowledge on packaging construction & structure

- Experience in product photo shooting & retouching, website design, update and maintenance

- A complete management of art files, including file size optimization, backup, and manager access

- Responsible, self-motivated and positive attitude
- Good spelling or ability to check own spelling
- Be very neat and organized
- Be able to deliver to deadlines.
- Knowledge of web page design / After Effects / Microsoft Word is in advantage
