Growth Marketing Manager (Renovation Platform)

We are looking for a high calibre professional to join our Marketing Department as Growth Marketing Manager. Key responsibilities include:

1. Digital Marketing and Data Analysis (40%):

  • Plan and utilize all core digital marketing tools and techniques like paid search, website, SEO/SEM, social media and database to drive traffic and maximize conversions;
  • Monitor and analyse online campaign performance using web traffic analytics tools to identify areas for optimization and improvement of leads generation;
  • Brainstorm creative and effective keyword strategy, competitive analysis, and clear picture of content schema to identify growth opportunities across the market landscape (B2B & B2C focus);
  • Plan and execute online/offline marketing activities, driving favourable business results in maximizing event business potential;
  • Manage social media to constantly review the digital landscape and track opportunities that could lead to new business potentials;
  • Develop regular reports, dashboards and insights to inform future content/advertising strategies, drive subscriber growth and make data-driven decisions;
  • Stay current on social media channels, trends and analytical tools and oversee development of creative media strategies and stories of interest to media and influencers to drive coverage and increase brand visibility.

2. Brand Partnership (20%):

  • Identify and evaluate potential brand partnership opportunities that align with company objectives and target audience demographics;
  • Develop and negotiate partnership agreements, including co-branding initiatives, promotional campaigns, and collaborative marketing programs;
  • Create innovative partnership marketing strategies that maximize brand exposure, engagement, and ROI;
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams to execute partnership campaigns across various channels, including digital, social media, and traditional marketing;
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with partner brands and internal stakeholders.

3. Media, Social Media and Content Management (20%):

  • Develop and implement comprehensive content marketing strategies aligned with business objectives;
  • Create and maintain content calendars across multiple social media platforms;
  • Establish clear content pillars that reflect brand values and resonate with target audiences;
  • Ensure consistent brand voice and messaging across all content initiatives;
  • Develop and manage relationships with KOLs & KOCs;
  • Identify and evaluate potential influencer partnerships that align with brand values;
  • Create and oversee influencer campaign strategies, including briefing, execution, and performance analysis;
  • Strong network of media contacts and demonstrated ability to manage media relations, including coordination of interviews, press releases, and crisis;
  • Lead the creative direction for visual content across all social media channels;
  • Oversee video content production from conceptualization to final delivery;
  • Develop compelling storytelling narratives that engage target audiences;
  • Ensure all visual content maintains brand consistency while pushing creative boundaries.

4. Marketing Operations and Media Sales (10%):

  • Coordinate and manage media interviews, including preparation of spokespersons and key messaging points;
  • Manage crisis communications and develop response strategies for negative media coverage;
  • Drive media sales revenue through strategic client acquisition and relationship management;
  • Plan and propose comprehensive online marketing campaigns, digital advertising solutions, and social media as marketing services to demand side advertisers;
  • Oversee and manage external vendor and freelancer deliverables;
  • Utilize Canva and other design tools to create engaging visual assets.

5. Event Marketing (10%):

  • Develop and execute comprehensive event marketing strategies for monthly recruitment-focused events, including audience targeting, promotional campaigns, and engagement tactics;
  • Manage end-to-end promotion channels including paid advertising, KOLs, KOCs, media partners, and strategic business alliances;
  • Create compelling marketing collateral including social media content and presentation materials that align with brand guidelines and event objectives;
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, and internal stakeholders to ensure seamless event execution and delivery;
  • Lead post-event analysis by tracking KPIs and providing detailed reports with actionable insights;
  • Serve as a MC for company events;
  • Assist in other ad-hoc assignments as required.


Key Skills & Qualifications:

  • University graduate with a minimum 5 years of proven success in creating holistic marketing activities and communications;
  • Compelling social content, managing consistent brand communications and optimizing persuasive media storytelling, preferably with sizable organisations and minimum 1 years in solid managerial role;
  • Strong track record of exceeding aggressive growth target with exposure to lead generation and understanding of how digital marketing connects to the sales funnel is strongly desired;
  • Demonstrated success in social media and content management, including creation of compelling multimedia content, management of KOL relationships, and maintenance of consistent brand voice across all platforms;
  • Proven expertise in identifying, evaluating, and securing strategic brand partnerships, including development of co-branding initiatives and collaborative marketing programs across multiple channels;
  • Advanced proficiency in paid advertising platforms including Google Ads (Search, Display, Performance Max, App campaigns) and Facebook Ads, with proven expertise in audience targeting, creative optimization, and A/B testing methodologies;
  • Comprehensive knowledge of technical SEO, GA4, and GTM implementation, with demonstrated ability to develop and execute content strategies that drive organic search performance and conversion rates across digital platforms;
  • Strong proficiency in data analysis using SQL and Looker Studio, with the ability to translate data insights into actionable marketing strategies and comprehensive reports;
  • Strong relationships with both local and national business and industry media outlets;
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and metrics to make data-driven marketing decisions;
  • Native Chinese writer and speaker with effective presentation, writing and language skills, in English;
  • Possesses superb execution and mature management skills to establish and maintain a high level of credibility, diplomatically work on sensitive crisis preparedness and provide strategic guidance to management;
  • Self-motivated, open-mind, idea-driven, dynamic, polite, patient and responsible, able to work under high-pressure environments and multi-task effectively to meet tight deadlines;
  • A natural enthusiastic collaborator, with the ability to work independently, as well as effectively build relationships with cross-functional teams;
  • High attention to detail, able to work and adapt quickly in a fast-paced OKR environment and able to prioritise tasks/projects;
  • Passionate and curious about digital media, visual communication, creating engaging experiences and consistently staying up-to-date with the latest residential & commercial renovation trends;
  • An entrepreneurial spirit and positive can-do attitude, looking for a stable environment to grow career;
  • Good business acumen, sensitive to public affairs and societal issues with strong media relationships with business and renovation outlets is a plus;
  • Knowledge of basic photo editing software such as Canva, Adobe, video shooting and editing, and ChatGPT/AI application is an advantage;
  • A passion for building a better business for Hong Kong and the world, with an understanding of sustainable development is a bonus;
  • Flexible and able to work irregular hours at weekends and public holidays if required;
  • Immediate availability would be a definite advantage.
