Host / Hostess (Western Restaurant)

Responsibilities:

• Provide an excellent and consistent level of service to guests
• Plan out the seating chart and organize the reservations
• Communicate and coordinate table reservation and seating plan with service team to ensure optimal covers
• Welcome and greet guests and escort them to their table
• Furnish in-house information to guests in order to promote sales
• Thank you all guests for patronizing the outlet when they are leaving
• Constantly aware of the flow of the room, assist service staff to set, clear and serve the tables if necessary
• Perform any other duties as assigned by the manager

Requirements:

• At least 1 year relevant working experience, preferably in hospitality industry
• Good command of both written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin
