职位描述

Job Responsibilities:

  • Support the team to provide all round HR & Administration services
  • Responsible for office administration; maintain supplies & bookkeeping
  • Coordinate travel arrangements with designated travel agents
  • Handle APEC card application and follow-up
  • Handle petty cash and record expenses
  • Provide backup for front desk receptionist as needed
  • Assist in General Insurance renewal
  • Maintain HRIS Attendance, Leave Management & Employee Benefits enrolment
  • Manage the database incl. set up access card
  • Manage the onboarding of new employees
  • Support in recruitment, training and engagement activities
  • Assist in ad hoc projects and tasks when necessary

Job Requirements:

  • Diploma or above in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
  • At least 1 year of Human Resource or Admin hands on experience preferred
  • Proficiency in Excel and MS Office applications
  • Fluent in English and Cantonese
  • Immediate available is preferred
