职位描述

5 days, 9-18:00, Mon- Fri, Tsim Sha Tsui

 

Responsibilities:

      To lead a small team and oversee a full spectrum of HR & Admin supports, compensation & benefits, recruitment, performance management, staff engagement, retention & etc. to make the operation smoothly

      Monitor payroll and benefits administration and prepare report regularly

      Oversee the end-to-end recruitment process and work with management team for the recruitment planning

      Review and implement Human Resources policies, procedures and HR System

      Perform any ad-hoc tasks which is assigned by your immediate superior

 

Requirements:

      Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management.

      Minimum 6 years or above experience including at least 2 years supervisory level and lead team experience

      Strong knowledge of recruitment practice and well-known of labour employment ordinance

      Excellent interpersonal skills, leadership skills, flexibility and problem-solving skills

      Self-motivated, proactive, analytical and work independently

      Willing to take up challenges with Can-do attitude

      Fluent in both spoken and written English, Mandarin and Cantonese

         Proficiency in Excel, MS Word, Power Point, Chinese Word Processing and HRMS
