职位描述

JJob Responsibilities:-

  • Responsible for human resources matters including recruitment, staff orientation, appraisals, benefits, training and ensure in compliance with group policy;
  • Perform full spectrum of administration functions including coordination between internal departments and  external departments;
  • Implement and maintain the Quality Management System (ISO9001, ISO14001, ISO45001), organize document control and maintain the audit and data records;
  • Handle business correspondence, reports and confidential documents are required;
  • Computer skills and knowledge of office software packages;
  • Arrange the company events and ad hoc projects;
  • Perform secretarial support as assigned.

Job Requirements:-

  • Degree holder or above;
  • A minimum of 10 years’ working experience in administration management;
  • Responsible, hardworking, integrity and passion for work;
  • Excellent of both verbal and written English and Chinese;
  • Knowledgeable of Microsoft software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Chinese word processing;
  • Self motivated with excellent analytical skills, communication skills and interpersonal skills;
  • Experience in ISO, ERP or IT is an advantage;
  • Candidate with more experience may be considered for the post of “Senior HR & Administrative Manager”.
