职位描述

Job Duties:

  • Perform general office administration & clerical duties such as maintaining attendance and leave record management, procurement of office supplies, maintenance of equipment and facilities
  • Provide general office administration and clerical support including back up the reception duties
  • Responsible for all-round HR duties
  • Handle ad hoc assignments

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in HR and office administration role
  • Diploma holder in Human Resources Management or Business Administration
  • Proficient in MS Office Applications (Excel, Word and PowerPoint) and Chinese Word Processing
  • Self-motivated and proactive attitude
  • Independent and self-motivated with strong sense of responsibility
  • Immediate availability is highly preferred
