Vanway is a pharmaceutical company with head office in Hong Kong. We are looking for hard-working and reliable persons to fill the above position.

The successful candidate will perform the full spectrum of Human Resources and Administration functions.

Responsibilities:

  • Review, formulate and implement all human resources and administration policies and procedures
  • Maintain accurate staff information and records
  • Handle insurance, medical and leave issues
  • Prepare human resource documents
  • Participate in other assigned ad-hoc projects

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or above
  • Minimum 10 years working experience in human resources and administration with 5 years at managerial level
  • Sound knowledge of HK Employment Ordinance
  • With China and overseas exposure
  • Good interpersonal skill, self-motivated, detail oriented, well organized and be able to work under pressure
  • Good command of written and spoken Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin) and English
  • Proficient in MS Word, Excel & PowerPoint
