Job Responsibilities
 

  • Assist in handling all round HR functions including the payroll processing, recruitment, staff benefits, employee relations and performance management, etc;
  • Provide comprehensive support for Training & Development (T&D) functions, including planning, organizing, coordinating and implementing of training activities;
  • Assist in the operations of training allowance procedures and processing;
  • Assist in sourcing & coordinate T&D projects with both internal and external training providers;
  • Handle ad-hoc projects as assigned.

Job Requirements
 

  • Degree in Human Resources Management or related discipline;
  • Minimum 5 years of working experience in all-rounded human resources functions;
  • Experience in T&D  functions in sizable Construction Company is preferred;
  • Familiar with Hong Kong Employment Ordinance and other related legislations;
  • Proficiency in MS-Office and Chinese Word Processing is a must;
  • Good communication skills, well-organized, strong sense of responsibility, attention to details and able to work independently;
  • Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese;
  • Candidate with less experience will be considered as Assistant Human Resources Officer.
