Job responsibilities and requirements:

 

  • Post-secondary and or above, with relevant experience gained from customer services center or call center is an advantage
  • Answer in-bound calls and escalate the customer requests to the related parties by prompt action
  • Prepare weekly report and assist in daily routine clerical works
  • Cheerful, pleasant, polite, patient and able to work independently
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Able to communicate in English and Mandarin
  • Shift duty including overnight shift is required
  • Immediate available is highly preferred
