ICT Manager (Ref: ICTM - ITDP)

Job Responsibilities:

• Oversee a small team and manage infrastructure & network technology, IT security and the software development platforms;

• Running regular checks on network, data security, systems and provide timely reports and professional advice to top management;

• Work collaboratively with all internal stakeholders to guide and train for future ICT road map;

• Work with the senior/top management to establish and define internal standards, governance and change management processes, configuration management processes, architectural layouts, data storage infrastructure and access protocols and rules, IT policy and best practice guides for the organization;

• Review and gate keep the contractual agreements between the organization and external parties;

• Lead the department to implement and maintain up-to-date corporate IT standards, evaluating risk, developing network recovery and backup processes;

• Overseeing and project management on external vendors for new hardware, software, systems and solutions including system updates, upgrades, migrations and outages;

• Plan and execute ICT plan and budget;

• Undertake any other duties as assigned by immediate supervisor or his delegate.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor degree in Computer Science, Information Systems and related field is preferred;

• At least 8 years progressive and relevant experience;

• Solid experience in leading technical teams and projects in system development;

• Solid technical foundations in storage, applications and network technologies;

• Holder of Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is preferred;

• Certifications in Cloud Management and Infrastructure Management would be advantageous;

• Experience with security device implementation and configurations, such as firewall, web application firewall and endpoint security;

• Proficiency in directory service maintenance, such as Active Directory and Entra ID;

• Familiar with cloud and on-premise virtualization technologies, such as VMware, Nutanix, Azure Cloud and AliCloud;

• Experience with Network Attached Storage, backup software, hypervisor management and database management;

• Strong in leadership, liaison, analytical, problem solving, communication and interpersonal skills;

• Good supervision skills and excellent communication and presentation skills to convey IT technical knowledge and concept to the management and end-user in all levels;

• Strong presentation, written and verbal communication skills;

• Able to drive changes to practices and processes to meet business challenges.
