Inside Sales Representive (IT Security)

• Responsible for the call down to customer;

• Renew existing Clients contract such as preparing quotation and tender

• Work as a Sales Coordinator to support Sales Related matters;
• Support salesman to generate reports from system;
• Register order into system;
• Coordinate shipment and delivery;
• Manage customer price lists;
• Checking customers' payment schedule;
• Assist in ad hoc duties as assigned

Job Requirements

• Working in sales team before;
• Good in excel; 
• Able to work independently;
• Self-motivated, strong problem solving and analytical skills;
• Good command in both spoken and written English & Chinese;
