IT Business Analyst

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyse business requirements.
• Translate business needs into technical specifications and functional requirements.
• Conduct gap analysis and identify areas for process improvement.
• Develop and maintain documentation, including business process models, use cases, and user stories.
• Assist in the design, testing, and implementation of IT solutions.
• Provide support and training to end-users on new systems and processes.
• Monitor project progress and ensure timely delivery of solutions.
• Communicate effectively with cross-functional teams, including developers, project managers, and business users.
• Fulfil other responsibilities as assigned.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or relevant discipline.
• At least 2 years of relevant working experience.
• Proficient in business analysis tools and techniques.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Independent, detail-oriented, strong organisational skills.
• Familiar with Microsoft 365, Azure, Oracle NetSuite, and CRM systems.
• Experience with project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum) or possession of relevant certification(s) will be an advantage.

This is a renewable contract role.  A competitive package will be offered to the successful candidate.
