IT Development Manager - APAC

My client, a multinational tech company, is looking for a Solution Development Manager to join the professional team, thanks to their rapid business expansion.

Role & Responsibilities

• Lead a small development team to ensure a smooth roll-out of systems developed and oversee the deployment process
• Collaborate with the other teams to ensure the solution design, architecture design and feasibility study is achievable.
• Perform as project lead to ensure the scope, schedule, resources and quality of individual projects compliance with departmental and project management standards and procedures
• Gather user and market information, and design back end integration and new feature accordingly
• Maintain close communication with all stakeholders

Skills & Qualifications

• Proven working experience in software development using Java/ Spring Boo with at least 3 years leadership experience.
• Solid in end-to-end project delivery managment
• Experience in Cloud (Alibaba Cloud/ AWS) and/or Devops is a plus
• Knowledge in frontend technologies (Node.JS / AngularJS / ReactJS / Vue.js) is a plus
• Experience in both SQL / NoSQL databases (Oracle / MongoDB)
• Passionate about the cutting-edge technologies in the market
• Experience in SDLC, SCRUM and other Agile methodologies
• Good interpersonal and communication skills, fluent in English
