Responsibilities:

Operation & Maintenance:
- Coordinate hardware delivery and installation arrangements.
- Organize internet installation for new stores.
- Act as a liaison with vendors to address internet connection issues at stores.

POS Management: 
- Maintain product information and update as necessary. 
- Set up and manage promotions on the POS system. 
- Ensure the latest menu is displayed at all stores.

CCTV Management:

HQ Office: 
- Provide technical support for computers and related hardware. 
- Assist in maintaining and troubleshooting network infrastructure.

Requirements:
-Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field is preferred.
-3 year of experience in project management is preferred.
-Basic understanding of project management methodologies.
-Strong communication and organizational skills.
-Experience with web and mobile app development considered an advantage.
-Self-motivated and eager to learn.
-Good spoken and written English and Chinese language skills.
