职位描述

Job Duties:

  • Provide technical support and troubleshooting to end user on both hardware, software, and other related computer services
  • Perform monitoring of IT equipment status
  • Perform management of hardware and software inventory
  • Coordinate with level 2 support team and vendors to resolve the technical issue

Requirements:

  • Higher Diploma in IT, Computer Science or related disciplines
  • Prior experience in deskside / helpdesk support will be an advantage
  • Willing to learn and work as a team
  • On the job training and job rotation will be provided
  • Fresh graduate will also be considered
