IT Manager (Cybersecurity)

Duties:

• Develop and implement comprehensive cybersecurity strategies, policies, and procedures
• Ensure compliance with relevant security standards, regulations, and best practices
• Review system logs, network traffic, and security event information to identify and respond to potential security incidents
• Coordinate incident response activities, including containment, eradication, and recovery
• Develop and implement the security awareness and training programs for employees
• Assist in any ad-hoc projects assigned

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Networking, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, Digital Forensics or a related discipline with at least 5 years’ relevant work experience
• Proven experience in designing and implementing security standards, policies and guidelines
• Professional certification such as CISSP, CISM or equivalent will be highly desirable
• Familiar with the following areas:
  • Cybersecurity framework, standards, Security principles and technologies,
  • Attack and defense
• Excellent organizing, communication and interpersonal skills
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
