IT Officer

Responsibilities:

• Provide day-to-day IT support for internal parties, inclusive of software installation and update, hardware replacement etc.
• Monitor and maintain computer systems and networks
• Perform network/security enhancement, performance and health status monitoring, troubleshooting network/security related issues and problem
• Provide training on software applications used by end users
• Prepare and regularly review on local IT policies and procedures
• IT projects support ; pre-installation of hardware and software
• Maintain accurate hardware and software inventory list
• Perform updates to company website
• Perform other ad hoc duties as assigned

Job Requirements:

• Diploma or above in IT or related field
• Minimum 3-4 years of experience in systems support and technology deployment
• Understand Firewall and related IT security technologic
• Able to work independently ; able to communicate with business leaders
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese)
• Strong problem-solving skills, communication skills and attention to detail
