IT Officer / Senior IT Officer

We are seeking a highly skilled seeking a highly skilled and motivated IT Officer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong will possess a strong technical background and a passion for technology, alongside excellent problem-solving abilities. The IT Officer will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation of our IT systems and infrastructure, providing support to end-users, and implementing best practices in IT management.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support to office users included computers, mobile devices, in-house system, CCTV and audio-visual equipment. Provide support to Retail Shop POS and IT system issues.
• Support various applications and work closely with multiple vendors for license, contract and domains renewal, quotation & procurement.
• Providing technical support and assistance to end users for hardware, software, and network-related issues related to M365 applications such as Microsoft Outlook, SharePoint, Teams, and OneDrive; Monitor system backup.
• Outdoor works for IT supporting to Expo or Trade Show activities (average 3-4 times yearly)
• Handle other duties as assigned
• More experience will be considered as Senior IT Officer

Requirements

• Higher Diploma or above in Information Technology or related discipline
• Minium 2 years of relevant working experience
• Working experience in FMCG industry (E-comm and Retail) will be an advantage.
• Supporting and administering network infrastructure including Firewalls, Routers, Switches, WIFI, and monitoring tools
• Familiarity with Windows, M365 and Macintosh platforms
• Knowledge on E-Commerce, CRM and POS systems will be an advantage.
• Hands-on experience in supporting and administration on AWS (e.g. EC2, lightsail & RDS) and Azure cloud platforms, such as user accounts, exchange emails, MS Intune and servers & networking administration IS A MUST.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills, self-motivated, detail minded and result oriented.
• Willing to work and support in non-office hours for emergency calls.
• Experience and knowledge on supporting ERP & CRM systems (e.g. SugerCRM, M18 or SAP) will be an advantage, but not a must.
• Immediate available is preferred.
