This role is based in Lever Style Shenzhen office, with daily commuting shuttle provided between Hong Kong and Shenzhen.
Responsibilities:
- Lead product demand analysis and research for the fashion and apparel industry, identify core user needs, and develop product solutionsthat offer both customer and business value.
- Oversee product process review, prepare product initiation documents, and coordinate with external development teams to ensure timely and high-quality product launches.
- Manage product training and implementation post-launch, gather user feedback through various channels, and monitor product usage data to identify issues, uncover needs, and continuously refine the product to improve user satisfaction.
- Proactively communicate across departments during project execution, utilizing various resources to ensure the healthy development of products and the platform.
- Conduct competitive analysis, including assessments of competitors' business models and analyses of digital solutions for business modules.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or higher in fields related to computer science, mathematics, statistics, data or engineering.
- Over 8 years of experience in internetproduct management with significant experience in B2B supply chain management product design. Familiarity with product life cycles and proven experience in product design, management, operations, and project risk management.
- Possess a product-thinking mindset to conceptualize independent projects into a cohesive product and iteratively improve it based on user feedback to ensure its widespread use and direct economic benefit.
- Strong project ownership mentality and ROI-focused mindset.
- Proficient in written and spoken English with strong presentation skills.
工作职责:
1. 负责面向时装和成衣行业的产品需求分析与调研,挖掘用户核心需求,制定兼具客户价值与商业价值的产品解决方案。
2. 承担产品流程梳理,完成产品立项文件和协调外包研发团队按时完成产品开发,并高质量上线。
3. 负责产品上线后培训及落地工作,通过多渠道收集用户声音及产品数据监控产品使用反馈,定位问题,挖掘需求,持续打磨产品,提升用户满意度。
4. 在项目推进过程中,主动进行跨部门沟通,灵活调度各种资源以确保产品与平台的健康发展。
5. 竞品分析,包括竞争对手商业模式的分析,业务模块数字解决方案的分析等。
任职要求:
1. 大学本科及以上学历,计算机、数学、统计学、理工科与数据相关等专业人才。
2. 具备8年以上互联网产品工作经验,以及丰富的B端供应链管理产品设计经验。熟悉产品生命周期,有成熟的产品设计、管理、运营、以及项目进度风险管理经验。
3. 具备产品化思维,能把各自独立的项目构思成完整的产品,并根据用户使用反馈持续迭代产品,确保产品在用户群体中得到充分使用,产生直接经济效益
4. 有强烈的项目owner意识以及ROI mindset
5. 熟练的英语书面和口语表达演讲能力。
