IT Project Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage IT projects, ensuring timely and successful delivery.
• Oversee the development and implementation of healthcare applications, coordinating with cross-functional teams.
• Supervise project teams, providing guidance, support, and performance evaluations.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and requirements.
• Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and budgets.
• Identify and mitigate project risks and issues, ensuring effective resolution.
• Facilitate communication between technical teams and non-technical stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations in healthcare software applications.
• Conduct regular project status meetings and provide updates to senior management.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives within the project management process.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Minimum of 6 years of experience in IT project management, with at least 2 years of supervision experience.
• Proven experience in supervising project teams and managing cross-departmental collaboration.
• Strong background in developing and implementing healthcare applications.
• Excellent understanding of project management methodologies.
• Exceptional communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
• Familiarity with regulatory requirements in the healthcare sector is highly desirable.
