Qualifications & experience

• Tertiary education or above, Associate's Degree/Higher Diploma/Certificate
• Fluent in Cantonese, English and Mandarin preferred
• Eager to learn
• Network and IT knowledge
• Relevant working experience is a plus
• Proficient in MS Office, Microsoft 365, Active Directory
• Stable, mature, well organized, attention to detail, hard working and willing to learn
• Strong sense of responsibility and ability to work independently with minimum supervision

• Immediately available is preferred
   

Tasks & responsibilities

• Maintain daily operation of the IT infrastructure, including network, servers and user support.
• Network administration: Fortigate Firewall, Cisco Swich, and wireless controller and AP
• File Sever and Backup solutions: NetAPP file sever, Veeam Backup sever and MSL tape library
• User Management, DHCP, Group Policy etc.
• Patch Management for Windows Sever
• Deploy and manage the new laptops with anti-virus Crowdstrike, Karspersky and Zscaler
• Draft/Change the Standard Operation Procedures (SOP), and daily-used forms
• UAT Test is necessary to execute for the system validation

• Train the users to enhance their IT awareness
