Job Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct technical support to end-users for payment services integration
  • Handle end-users inquiries and assist to solve payment services related technical problems
  • Perform system testing, problem analysis and training to other technical support personnel
  • Assist in preparing technical documents and training material

 

Job Requirements:

  • Diploma or above in Information Technology, Computer Science or related disciplines
  • 1-2 years solid experience in users or technical support
  • Good team player, self-motivated and can work independently
  • Good analytical, conceptual and communication skills
  • Good command in spoken and written English and Chinese
