IT Support Officer / Senior IT Support Officer

Job Responsibilities:

• Provide onsite IT support in Hong Kong Office.
• Provide group IT support remotely with other offices in Asia as needed.  Be part of the team and work closely with colleagues in other offices.
• Support desktop environment for Windows laptops and other mobile devices, including the use of Office 365 suite of applications. Be the go-to person and champion for Microsoft OS and applications.
• Escalate or log support tickets with vendors and follow up on cases.
• Manage local network connections and server access, ensuing connections to company network.
• Enforce company security policy, support and deploy company security standards.
• Support printers and video conferencing systems in the office.
• Install, configure, and test new systems, application software, and management tools.
• Responsible for IT inventory of the company, including system licenses, warranty, and subscriptions for the group.
• Responsible for updated office IT/IS documents.
• Handle daily IT related matters in Hong Kong office.
• Any other assignments as required by Group CIO.

Job Requirements:

• 3 years minimum experience in IT support.
• Higher diploma or above in IT/Computer science or related discipline.
• Experience in computer networking.
• Expert in Windows OS – Win 10, Win 11, and Windows server.
• Good understanding of Microsoft products and knowledge, especially in Microsoft 365 set of applications.
• Industry certificate is an advantage – ITIL / CCNA / MCSA, etc.
• Good written and spoken English as well as Mandarin will be an advantage.
• Good communication with colleagues and be a good team player.
• Pro-active and good analytical skills is a must.
• Willing to work in a multicultural environment.
• Occasional travel in Asia is necessary.
• Candidate with more experiences will be considered as Senior IT Support Officer.
