IT Support Technician (Part Time)

What you’ll be doing? 
 

Manage all aspect of IT support services including Windows and Apple Mac OS X and Network equipment

• Maintain and install PCs, Tablets, telephone systems, video conference, wireless networks and peripheral devices (such as printers, scanners, mobile/smart phones) related to desktop infrastructure, in accordance with department standards, and routine maintenance via remote and/or on-site support
• Server technical support with Virtual Machine environment’s
• Maintain the existing PCs and peripherals to standards determined by performing upgrades, new installations
• Support end-users for all IT issues.

Who are we looking for? 
 

Higher diploma or certificate in Information Technology

• 2 years of experience in IT Support or Helpdesk
• Good proficiencies in English and Cantonese
• Experience with Office 365, Windows 10/11, Network Administration/Troubleshooting
