IT Technical Support

Responsibility

-        Responsible to provide on-site technical support to corporate customers

-        Daily duties include IT equipment and system service provisioning, configuration, monitoring and troubleshooting

-        Assist on project implementation

Requirement

-        F.5 / IVE or above with 1 year relevant working experience in computer field is preferred

-        Good team player, self-motivated, good communication skills and hard-working

-        Experience in project execution is a definite advantage

-        Good understanding in TCP/IP and internetworking

-        Able to work independently and under pressure in demanding environment is definitely a must

-        Both written and spoken English and Chinese, able to communicate in Mandarin is an advantage.

-        Travel to PRC whenever necessary.
