JUNIOR  3D DESIGNER

Introduction

As a Junior 3D Designer at CircleSquare, you'll play a vital role in bringing our clients' visions to life. You will be involved in the entire design process, from initial concept to final delivery, collaborating with a talented creative team to deliver exceptional results. Your responsibilities will include:

• Concept Development: Independently create original and compelling 3D retail concepts, staying ahead of luxury and experiential retail trends.
• Collaboration: Partner with the creative team to develop innovative 3D retail and experiential concepts prioritising customer experience and visual impact.
• Design Adaptation & Refinement: Adapt and modify existing 3D designs across multiple touch points, ensuring consistent brand guidelines and meticulous attention to detail.
• Visualisation & Journey Mapping: Produce high-quality 3D visualisations and customer journey maps efficiently, accurately reflecting brand identity.
• Project Ownership: Take ownership of assigned projects from ideation to final delivery, ensuring projects are completed on time and to the highest standards.

Responsibilities

• Independently manage assigned projects from concept to completion.
• Generate innovative ideas and effectively present them to the team.
• Prioritise tasks effectively while providing support to team members.
• Maintain consistently high design standards, ensuring only the best work is delivered to clients.
• Collaborate across the agency to elevate the standard of 3D creativity.
• Foster a collaborative environment where ideas are shared and explored.
• Stay current with the latest trends in luxury and retail design.

Skills & Qualifications

Essential

• Proven proficiency in SketchUp Pro.
• Strong portfolio showcasing exceptional 3D design skills.
• Excellent communication skills (written and verbal).
• Ability to meet deadlines and work effectively under pressure.
• Problem-solving skills and a proactive approach.
• Creative thinking and the ability to deliver innovative concepts.
• Meticulous attention to detail.

Preferred

• Experience in a creative agency or in-house design environment.
• Proficiency in VRay Rendering, AutoCAD, Photoshop, Illustrator, Keynote/PowerPoint.
• Knowledge of additional 3D software or languages.
• Understanding of spatial design, materials, and retail standards.

As well as attending meetings and briefings with clients and teammates, Junior 3D Designers will be based in an office environment and may occasionally have to work hours outside the regular working hours.
